CAPTURING THE RADIANT ESSENCE OF YOLANDA

On Wednesday, March 6 th , 1974, a beautiful baby girl was brought into this world, to the locality of Miami, Florida.  She was gifted to Nathaniel and Rosa Denson Handy by the Grace of GOD; Henceforth, they named her "Yolanda Rachae".

Yolanda's essence was captured in each phase of her life, through her positive personality and through the beautiful radiance of her character.

As a little girl, she was extremely introverted. She always accredited her teacher, Ms. Cooper, for helping her to blossom from her shyness. This teacher fueled her imagination with the assignments given her, and contributed to her educational prowess as a budding writer.

She excelled educationally.  She attended Crestview Elementary School, Parkway Middle School, and Miami Norland Senior High School, graduating with Honors in 1992.  She matriculated to the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor's degree.

Eventually, she pursued her passion as a Healthcare professional.  She was certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse and specialized in Home Healthcare. Subsequently, she ventured out of that industry, and worked as an administrator for the All Systems Company, where she assisted her clients with their immigration statuses.

Yolanda was a very kind, positive, and intelligent woman who exuded GOD's Love in the characteristics she exhibited. She took on many passions in life; one of which was helping others.

She dedicated her life to CHRIST and was a member of the Universal Truth Center in Miami Gardens. Although Yolanda was called to Heaven, unexpectedly, she answered the LORD's Call with humility and grace on April 10, 2023. She leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with her family and friends.

Precious memories are left with her Parents: Nathaniel and Rosa Handy; her two Sisters: Cynthia Handy Knight and Natoya Handy; her Boyfriend: Alexis; her Uncles: Benny, David (Sharon), and Jack Handy; her Aunts: Mary Gainey, Emma Dixon, Yvonne (Lonnie) Wilfork, Rachel Banks, Dorothy (Lonnie) Denson English, Lucille Denson, Eloise Walker, Christine Denson, and Katherine Denson; her Nieces and Nephews; her Closest and Dearest Cousins: Barbara (Leon) Denson Bratton and Deborah (Sterlyn) Denson; her Closest and Dearest Friend: Alexis "Michelle" Wilson Cole; her Extended Family Members and her Friends.

They will forever hold her dear in their hearts, and remember the blessings they received, because of the Radiant Essence of Yolanda Rachae Handy.
