Terry Wayne Washington, Jr. was born on November 28, 1975, in Miami-Dade County Florida to Annie Washington and the late Terry Wayne Washington, Sr. Terry Jr. had a funny and clever personality. He attended school in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Terry Wayne Washington III, mother, Annie Washington, brother Gavonnah Williams, his uncles: Tyrone Fordham, Reggie Fordham, Charles Fordham, Randy Fordham and Allen Fordham, Ronald Washington, Alonzo Dees; his aunts: Delores, Alma, Voncia, Gail, Livia and a host of cousins.
