Norma Dean Waiters Boykins was born February 5, 1948 to James and Grace Waiters in Haines City, Florida. She attended the public schools in Haines City.

Norma relocated to Miami, Florida in 1973. She met the love of her life Eugene Boykins Jr., and they were married in 1999. To this union two children were born Nathan and Marquita.

Norma worked as a secretary for the City of Miami for 15 years. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Church in Hollywood, FL. Norma was a loving and caring person and truly loved her family. She will be missed.

Norma leaves to cherish fond memories to her loving husband, Eugene Boykins Jr.; loving son Nathan Eugene Boykins; loving daughter, Marquita Smith, and a host of relatives and friends.
