Obituary

" Living a Beautiful Life "

"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.

Violette Gisele Charles was born on April 15,1942 in Port-au -Prince, Haiti.

She met and married the love of her life, Victor Charles in 1965. She was a devoted wife to the love of her life. Their love story was a model example of true love. She worked as a Nurse's Assistant until she retired.

To this union they raised three beautiful children, Ederick, Widnel and Yonie.

She was beautifully blessed to have grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

She was full of life, laughter and had a very generous heart. She was affectionately called," Mommy Vio" or "Mum" by many and was a beautiful woman, full of grace and elegance. She will be missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

She spent her time working in her yard, checking on her neighbors, listening to music, dancing and just sitting with the love of her life watching television or just enjoying each other. She was always surrounded with much love by her children, grandchildren, great-grands, her many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, adopted children and many family and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister, Paulette Ghislaine and her son Widnel.

On Thursday, January 13, 2022, God looked in his garden and sent his angel to bring his child home for her eternal rest. She leaves beautiful memories to be kept in their hearts; her loving husband , Victor; her devoted children , Ederick and Yonie; loving grandchildren : Rashad, Marquis, Melissa and Ronald Jr; her beautiful great-grandchildren, Nolen and Kairo; sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and close friends.

Sleep on our Beloved Violette and take your rest. We love you but God loved you best.
"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
