Mr.Jamson
Green

Miami
Celebration of a Special Life
Jamson Green, the youngest of the three children that blessed the marriage of Corine S Green and the late James Green, was born on December 26, 1971, in Miami Florida.
Jamson successfully completed his early education in the Miami-Dade County School system, steered by the loving hand of his mother Corine, an elementary school teacher. Jamson was a graduate of Hialeah Miami Lakes High School. He made his own individual path separate from his older siblings and met a few special friends that remained close to him throughout his life.
The family took yearly summer vacations together and Jamson was fascinated by the operations at the hotels his father James reserved for them. When he was accepted to Florida International University in Miami Florida, he enrolled in their new hospitality management program and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. Jamson realized his dream career in the hospitality industry and was employed as a supervisor/assistant manager at various hotel chains. There he found a group of colleagues, some of whom became lifelong friends.
Even as an adult, he assertively occupied his place as the baby of the family. He lived with his mother and was her caregiver, chauffeur, scheduler, constant companion, and devoted son.
Jamson was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bunche Park where he learned about the redemptive power of Jesus Christ in Sunday School and as an annual vacation bible school attendee. He did not eat a meal without first giving thanks. Jamson believed in the power of prayer and if you failed to knock before entering his room, you might find him reading his bible or on his knees in prayer before he left the house.
Jamson was gentle, quiet, intelligent, opinionated, a wannabe comedian, a perpetually aspiring cook, and a devoted Portland Trailblazers fan. He engaged and greeted everyone with a big smile.
Jamson is survived by his mother, Corine S Green, sister Natalie Green Moore (Edward), brother James Green, nephews James Joshua Burkes,
Jesse James Burkes and Jernard James Burkes (Kerbie), niece Roslyn Burkes, grandniece Genesis Burkes, grandnephew James Burkes, family friend Cherry Moss, devoted friends Dale Wright, Chris Wright, Vernon Wright, and Vickie, Constantino Papadopulos and a host of cousins and friends.
