Marie Angela Patterson was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on June 5, 1966, to parents, Albert Patterson & Esther Clockling (she was the second of Esther's three children).

She graduated from Tivoli Garden Comprehensive High School. She later worked for the Statistical Institute of Jamaica for more than ten years.

In 2008, she migrated to the United States with her two boys, Shane & "Nicholas", to join her mother and sister, Marcia. She wasted no time in becoming a certified nursing assistant which led her to the realization of her calling, a loving and compassionate caregiver.

After the completion of her task here on earth, the Lord called her home on Sunday September 11, 2022.

Left behind with cherished memories of her: Mom, Esther; her 2 sons (Oshane Morris & Delroy Leslie); granddaughter, Mahlani; Sisters: Marcia, Tara, Melissa & Michelle; Brothers: Xavier, Wilton & Philip; Uncles: Grandville & Frederick; Numerous, nieces, nephews & cousins; Dear friends and loved ones: just too numerous to individualize.
