King George, Kingsley, Mass Carty were just some of names used to call this gentle soul. Born of humble beginnings in Jamaica to Nidus M. Carty and Una Haughton. He went to Cambridge High School .. then Anchovy High and finished at St. James High School.

Kingsley had an endearing love for the athletics, mainly karate. His ultimate calling, however, was to pursue auto mechanic as a trade and profession.

In May 1984, he migrated with his family to the United States. He continued diligently to help others passionately with his work as an auto mechanic.

In March 1998, his beloved wife Myrtle passed. As the years went by, Kingsley had the will, but declining health was taking its toll. Surrounded by his dear and loving family, Kingsley George Carty peacefully transitioned in the early morning of April 6, 2023.

He leaves to mourn his children: Courtney, Shanna, Rayon, Philpott, Floyd, and Tracey-Ann; siblings: Rose, Icylyn, Bill, Paul, Toby, Aubrey, Jennifer, and Audrey; grandchildren; great grandchildren and all those friends and well-wishers. We thank you.
