Keith Bell was born to the late Boisey Bell Sr. and Elizabeth Bell. He transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. He was married to Deborah Footman Bell for 31 years.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Boisey Bell Jr., Tyrone Bell, and one sister Verdell B. Mitchell.

He received his education in the Miami-Dade Public School System, where he attended Miami Central Senior High School and was a graduating member of the class of 1972. Keith later attended the University of Cameron in Lawton, OK. He was employed with the Miami Dade County School System.

Keith leaves to cherish his memories: one son Keitwan Humphrey Bell of Huntsville, AL; two daughters, Lakeisha Bell and Johnshay Footman of Miramar, FL; grandchildren, Kayden Humphrey, Kaylib Humphrey of Huntsville, AL; Dwayne Thomas Jr, Cedrick Sanchez, Celeena Sanchez, of Miramar, FL; two sisters-in-law, Cassandra Footman and Darryl Footman Griswell (Donald) of Tallahassee, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other sorrowing relatives and friends.
