Jarrell Tyerek Welch was born on January 20 ^th , 1999 in Miami Florida, to Alesia Nunnally and the late James Welch.

Jarrell was educated in the Miami Dade County School System and graduated from Hialeah Gardens High School in 2020.

Jarrell was a sweet soul and could light up a room with his smile and laughter.  You are free now and can do all the things you couldn't do before.  You will be sorely missed.

Left to cherish his memories are:   One Brother:  Kalil Finley; Three Aunts:  Tonja Nunnally  Rosaline Williams and Amanda Welch;  One Uncle:  Shawn Smoke;  Cousins:  De'Andre Nunnally, Malik Green, Krystal Nunnally and Dee Becton;  Great Grandmother:  Marie Nunnally, and a host of other sorrowing aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Five Godmothers:  Ruby F. Russell, Willa Mae Washington, Marsha Gundy-Jackson, Ann Kilby and Kathy Williams; Special Father:  Bernard Finley, who was in his life since he was four years old.
