Gloria Jean Dueheart departed this life on Sunday, September 19, 2021. She was born to the late Joe and Rosa Bell Dixon on September 15, 1949, in Hawkinsville, Georgia.

Gloria attended public school while in Hawkinsville, Georgia until her family relocated to Miami, Florida. Gloria then attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School and graduated Class of 1968. Post-graduation, she attended Miami Dade College before accepting employment with the United States Postal Service. It was there that Gloria met her soon to be husband, Benny Dueheart. The loving couple wed in 1971 and remained together for 50 years until God called her home.

Gloria worked as a Data Processor at several local banks and retired from Fidelity Investments in 2011. Gloria loved spending time with her family, especially her grands and great grands. She was an avid reader who loved western movies, liked to bake and listen to her "Oldie Goldies".

She leaves to mourn; her devoted husband Benny Dueheart, a loving daughter Tracy Lambert (Larry); her four grandchildren: Marvin Tyler, Nicole Stephens, Andre Fidel, and Lauryn Lambert; sister Elmira Wells (Louis); six great-grandchildren and a host of other surviving relatives and friends.
