Rev Daisy Lewis born March 10, 1936 in Middle Quarters, St Elizabeth Jamaica to James Smith and Roberta Smith.  She married Martin Luther Lewis on June 26th 1962.  Daisy graduated from L.I.F.E. Bible College in Jamaica with her husband in 1967.  In 1969, they migrated to the United States.  Rev.Daisy Lewis, her husband and the Chin family founded the Miami Foursquare Church in 1980 where she continued to pastor and teach until God called her home.  She was a CNA for many years at Jackson North Hospital until she retired in 2021.  She loved the Lord with all her heart and continued to minister Jesus wherever she was.  Rev Daisy Lewis is survived by her husband  Rev Martin Luther Lewis, siblings Maud Heath-Smith, Tweet Smith, and Vincent Smith, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  She also had many spiritual children and grandchildren.
