Carlois Gerome McClain, known as "Butter Bean," born April 30, 1966, to the parents of Evelene Battle and Elder Johnny B. Battle.

Carlois received his education in Ocilla, Georgia Public School. He graduated from Irwin County High School. He worked 30 years as a commercial truck driver. He spent the last five years at Martin Brower.

Preceding in death he's now with Elder Johnny B. Battle (father) and Sally P. McClain (grandmother).

He leaves to cherish his memories Evelene Battle (mother); 3 beautiful children: Cataura McClain (Christopher Parker). Aaron Streeter and Shantravia Samuels; 1 Godson, Rhonald Snell; 1 Goddaughter, Chara Brown; 10 amazing grandkids: Christopher Parker Jr., Ja Keiya, Ra Niya, Alana, Aaron, Ne'Veah, Elijah, Austin, Celeste, and Legend; 2 brothers:  Eric Battle, Packerstone Battle; 1 sister, Vickie McCutchen (Lorenzo Sr.), and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends .
