Bessie Nobles Butler the eldest child was born to the late Benton Nobles and Essie Mae Manuel on November 29, 1930 in Midway, Alabama.

Bessie received her education in Alabama where she graduated from Merritt High School. Years later she started on her journey leaving Alabama and making Pensacola, Florida her first stop. Feeling the need for more, she continued on her journey and moved to Hollywood, Florida where she met her loving and caring husband Robert Lee Butler, Sr. With this union 9 children were raised. Her family now felt complete.

Bessie work in the Medical Healthcare field for many years     ultimately retiring from South Florida State Hospital.

Bessie gave her life to Christ at a early age. Loving the Lord she became a faithful member at Universal Truth Center of Miami Gardens, Florida.

On March 3, 2022 after a long battle with health issues God called our sweet mother dear home to rest. Well done thy faithful servant. There she will reunite with her parents Benton Nobles and Essie Mae Manuel. Her husband Robert Lee Butler Sr. Three of her children, Patricia Solomon, Robert Lee Butler, Jr., and Mary Elizabeth Butler. Two brothers Robert Manuel and Curly Foster, Jr., Three sisters: Valdora Foster, Callie Mae Lindsey and Gertrude Miles whom all preceded her in death.

Celebrating a life of love and Grace Bessie leaves to continue her journey six children: Essie Mae Fitzpatrick-Johnson of Miami Gardens, Florida; Betty Lou Chambers (Jesse) of Hallandale Beach, Florida; Kathy Peter (Logan) of Hallandale Beach, Florida, Veldora Butler, of Miami Gardens, Florida' David Butler (Cindy) of Miami Gardens, Florida, and Veronica Butler-Mills (Paul) of Miami Gardens, Florida; one daughter-in-law: Jackie Butler; Five siblings: Louise Foster-Williams (Curtis) of Orlando, Florida, Embraced sister Bessie Kate of Riviera Beach, Florida; Mary Helen (Walter) of East  Chicago; Betha Brooks (Walter) of Hammond, Indiana, Queen Nobles of Midway, Alabama; one brother: Joseph    Nobles (Jennifer) of Hammond, Indiana; One sister-in-law: Alma Foster; 28 grandchildren and 46 great, grandchildren, and a host of  nieces, nephews and friends.
